A day in the vineyards, designed around you.
Every day is private and built around you. After learning what you’re curious about, we design a day that fits: usually two longer visits with producers we know personally, with cultural context and education along the way. Minimum two guests. Private driver and tastings included. Our guides are certified wine professionals who know the regions they lead.

Your trip written and booked day by day: producers, tables, drivers and hotels, all in your name. Champagne, Burgundy, the Loire, the Rhône, Provence and beyond.

Receive your proposal
We’ll send you a detailed proposal with service options, pricing, and an itinerary framework built around your trip. Take the time you need.

Confirm with a deposit
A deposit secures your dates and allows us to begin booking producers, restaurants, and transport. Deposit amounts vary by service and are outlined in your proposal.

We build your trip
Itinerary design, producer scheduling, restaurant reservations, driver coordination, and a welcome call before you arrive. You’ll receive a complete trip document.

Balance and final details
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your trip. Final details (meeting points, contacts, last-minute adjustments) are confirmed the week before arrival.
Common Questions
What’s the difference between a private wine day and travel design?
On a private wine day, we’re with you all day: guiding, translating, and introducing you to producers. With travel design, we design your itinerary and you explore independently. Many clients do both: a few self-guided days plus one or two private wine days with us.
How far in advance should I book?
For private wine days, six to eight weeks minimum, though earlier is better. We only take a limited number of days each season. For travel design, two to three months gives us time to secure appointments at producers who fill quickly. Summer and harvest season require more lead time.
What’s included in a private wine day, and what do I pay separately?
Your day includes a certified wine professional from our team, a private driver with chauffeured transport, two producer visits with tastings, and full day-of coordination. Restaurant meals and accommodation are paid separately.
Do you work with solo travelers?
Our days are priced for a minimum of two guests, but we’re happy to discuss options for solo travelers. Contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
What if I’m not sure which service is right for me?
Book a €99 consultation. We’ll talk through your trip, answer your questions, and figure out the best approach together. The fee applies toward any service you book.
Are you available for travel advisor partnerships?
Yes. We work with select travel advisors and agencies across the US and Europe. If you’re a TA interested in offering our days and travel design to your clients, please reach out directly at emily@pariswinegirl.com.
