Private Wine Tours

A day in the vineyards, designed around you.

Every tour is custom. After learning what you’re curious about, we design a day that fits — usually two longer visits with producers we know personally, plus cultural context and education along the way. Minimum two guests. Private driver included. All of our guides are certified wine professionals with deep knowledge of the regions they lead.

Something more involved? Let’s talk.

Multi-day private tours, milestone celebrations, complex multi-region itineraries, or group experiences at a private estate in Chablis. We design experiences that don’t fit a template — because the best trips rarely do.

Common Questions

What’s the difference between a private tour and trip planning?

On a private tour, we’re with you all day — guiding, translating, and introducing you to producers. With trip planning, we design your itinerary and you explore independently. Many clients do both: a few self-guided days plus one or two guided days with us.

How far in advance should I book?

For private tours, 6–8 weeks minimum, though earlier is better. We only take a limited number of tours each season. For trip planning, 2–3 months gives us time to secure appointments at producers who fill quickly. Summer and harvest season require more lead time.

What’s included in the tour price vs. what do I pay separately?

Your guided day includes a certified wine professional from our team, a private driver with chauffeured transport, two producer visits with tastings, and full day-of coordination. Restaurant meals, accommodation, and any premium tasting fees are paid separately — we’ll flag those in advance so there are no surprises.

Do you work with solo travelers?

Our tours are designed for a minimum of two guests, but we’re happy to discuss options for solo travelers. Contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.

What if I’m not sure which service is right for me?

Book a €99 consultation. We’ll talk through your trip, answer your questions, and figure out the best approach together. No pressure, and the fee applies toward any service you book.

Are you available for travel advisor partnerships?

Yes. We work with select travel advisors and agencies across the US and Europe. If you’re a TA interested in offering our tours to your clients, please reach out directly at emily@grapegirlmedia.com.

We’re certified wine educators who teach professionally and have spent years building relationships with producers across these regions.

We also run wine education and certification programs through Paris Wine Academy.
