Booking & Payment

We take a limited number of bookings each season so we can give every client our full attention. When you book, we hold your date and begin the work, so a 50 percent deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable. We invoice and take payment in euros through Stripe.

• Private guided tours. Priced per day, for trips of one to four days. A 50 percent deposit confirms your dates. The balance is due 14 days before your first tour day.
• Trip design. Priced per day, for designs covering one to four days. A 50 percent deposit begins the work. After our second call, we complete one round of revisions, and the final 50 percent is due on delivery of your final itinerary.
• Consultations. €99, paid in full at booking. Credited toward any tour or trip design you confirm within 30 days.

Cancellation

• Tours. The 50 percent deposit is non-refundable at any time. Once the balance is paid, it is also non-refundable.
• Trip design. The 50 percent deposit is non-refundable once we begin. The final 50 percent is due only on delivery of your final itinerary.
• Consultations. Non-refundable, but you can reschedule with 48 hours’ notice.

Because we hold your date and turn away other bookings to do your work properly, we are not able to make exceptions to this.

Rescheduling

One reschedule at no charge if you ask 30 or more days before your date. Inside 30 days, a €250 fee applies, since the date is already held for you. New dates must fall within 12 months and depend on availability. Your deposit moves with you to the new date.

If Something Is Beyond Our Control

For events neither of us can control, such as strikes, transport disruptions, illness, severe weather, producer closures, or government restrictions, we will reschedule within 12 months at no penalty. We do not offer cash refunds in these situations.

Your Guides

Your day is normally led by Emily and Nicolas. If we are unavailable for your dates, we may arrange another qualified guide we trust, and we will always tell you in advance.

What a Tour Includes

Every tour is custom, designed after we learn what you are curious about. A typical day is two longer visits plus the cultural and educational context that is the heart of what we do. Transportation during the day is provided. Visits depend on producer availability and can occasionally change. If one falls through, we replace it with something of equal quality.

Trip Design & Outside Suppliers

With trip design, Paris Wine Girl creates your itinerary and introduces you to our network of producers, drivers, and hosts. For these independent days, suppliers are booked and paid directly between you and that supplier, on their terms, and we are not a party to those arrangements. Where a booking includes our full-service planning or a guided day, any arrangements we make on your behalf are part of the service we provide directly.

Health, Diet & Mobility

Tell us about allergies, dietary needs, or mobility considerations when you book, so we can plan well. Some cellars and vineyard sites have uneven ground, stairs, or access we cannot change.

Wine & Conduct

Our tours involve wine tasting, and guests must be of legal drinking age. We may end a tour without refund if a guest is intoxicated, abusive, or behaves in a way that endangers or disrespects producers, drivers, or hosts.

Photography

We may photograph or film the day for our website and social media. If you would rather not be identifiable, tell us at the start and we will leave you out. Wines, vineyards, food, and landscapes are always usable in our content. The images we create belong to Paris Wine Girl. You are welcome to enjoy the ones we share with you, but please do not republish them without our permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law.
