Private wine days and travel design across France, by two people who live here and work in wine. Built on years of relationships with growers, great houses and the tables worth the drive.
We are Emily Erin and Nicolas Fouilleroux, a sommelier and a wine educator based in Lyon. We design the day, we book it in your name, and one of us is often the person beside you in the cellar.

A full day with one of us beside you, from your hotel or train to the last cellar. Family domaines and great houses, lunch worth the region, and every question answered.
Private wine days
Your trip written and booked day by day: producers, tables, drivers and hotels, all in your name. A single day, or two weeks across several regions.
Travel design
Wine Scholar Guild certifications and masterclasses with Nicolas Fouilleroux, DipWSET, through Paris Wine Academy. Small classes, taught in France.
Paris Wine Academy
Every photograph and story here is our own. We write and photograph French wine country for our readers, and on commission for regions, estates and hotels.
Our editorial workEvery visit is chosen because we would send our own family there.
Couples, families and small private groups who want France done properly.
Luxury travel companies and advisors who trust us with their guests on the ground.
Teams who bring us in for training, wine lists, talks and tastings.
Who commission our writing and photography.

First Paris, then Burgundy, now Lyon. I work as a sommelier and travel designer, and I photograph and write everything published under the Paris Wine Girl name.
My husband Nicolas, DipWSET, reached Stage 2 of the Master of Wine programme and is an ambassador for the Wines of Provence. He guides many of our private days and leads our wine education.
Together we design trips for people who want to understand what they are tasting, and why it matters.
